Shooting 7.62s out of the SFAR has proven to be largely unreliable as they are, most of the time, too underpowered to properly cycle the rifle. Pretty much anything under 2800 fps muzzle velocity isn't worth shooting for the sake of reliable cycling.The new Ruger SFAR is an honest to God AR-15-size rifle chambered in .308 Winchester which Ruger has the audacity to offer at a price a blue collar working man can actually afford.
